Ethiopia - Guji Uraga
Ethiopia Guji Uraga | Apple & Hazelnut Carbonic
Innovation meets tradition. A Carbonic Maceration masterpiece from Guji, delivering a clean, wine-like acidity with comforting notes of green apple, toasted hazelnut, and cacao nibs.
The Origin Story: Carbonic Maceration Coffee
This extraordinary lot originates from the high-altitude Uraga Woreda in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. Composed of indigenous Landrace varieties, the beans undergo the highly controlled Carbonic Maceration Coffee process—a technique borrowed from winemaking. The whole cherries are sealed in airtight tanks and flushed with Carbon Dioxide, intensifying the sweetness, complexity, and clarity of the resulting Guji Uraga Filter profile.
